in connection to the inauguration of Sta. Rita Bridge

"Mahal ko ang Tarlac gaya ng pagmamahal ko sa Pampanga at maraming salamat sa inyong mainit na pagtanggap sa akin at sa patuloy na pagsuporta sa aking administrasyon" (I love Tarlac just like the way I love Pampanga and thank you for the warm welcome and for continuing to support my administration)

That was the greeting of Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to her Cabalen in the inauguration of the Sta. Rita Bridge last Oct. 13.

The first salutation was brightend up again when she acknowledged the people behind the clearing up of the impeachment complaint who are still supporting her administration up to now. Some of these people are Secretary Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Rep. Jesli A. Lapus, and Gilbert Teodoro of Tarlac.
